Salty as Folk skincare line is formulated for sun worshippers. Inspired by working outside in the elements, she wanted to create a holistic herbal skincare line that heals and nourishes skin from sun exposure and damage.

Ingredients:

Calendula infused Apricot seed oil, Rosehip seed oil, Jojoba oil, Argan oil, Red Raspberry seed oil, Sea Buckthorn oil, Carrot seed oil, Essential oils of Rose, Helichrysum and Vetiver

All oils were selected specifically due to their qualities to help heal and soothe sun damage and rejuvenate the skin.

Apricot Seed Oil- A lighter oil high in Vitamin E which helps reduce fine lines and age spots. High in vitamin B-17 which has been studied for its anticancer properties

Argan Oil- Known as a traditional beauty oil from Morocco. High in antioxidants that protect the skin from free radical damage. Anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and anti-aging

Calendula- Known by all herbalists as a skin healer. It has natural anti-inflammatory properties. The bright orange flower is full of carotenoids which are none to help prevent UV ray damage.

Carrot Seed Oil- Naturally helps balance moisture in tissues. High in vitamins and minerals. This oil has natural UV protection

Helichrysum Essential Oil- Anti-inflammatory, promotes new cell growth and increases collagen production.

Jojoba Oil- Is actually considered a wax- it creates a light film on the skin that is moisturizing while also allowing the skin to breath. Non-greasy and helps regenerate and tone the skin while also having acne fighting properties.

Red Raspberry Seed Oil- High in vitamin E, A and fatty acids which helps stimulate collagen production. Can help soothe eczema and rosacea. Has natural UV ray protection (not to be used as a stand alone protectant).

Rose Essential Oil- Anti-inflammatory and Anti-bacterial. Helps reduce redness, fine lines and helps heal scars. Uplifting aromatherapy sent.

Rosehip Seed Oil- The star of the show. Loaded with Vitamin A, C and E. The vitamin A helps promote collagen formation. The vitamin C and E helps nourish skin cells promoting the delay of aging skin. This oil helps heal sun spots, UV damage and reverse deep wrinkles.

Vetiver Essential Oil- Anti-inflammatory. Cell rejuvenating. This may help with blemishes and reduce scars due to acne. Calming in Aromatherapy
